Help! I feel like giving up!?

Okay I joined BLC (Biggest Loser Club) like 2-3 days ago,

I started out at 286, and now I am still 286

I have done the cardio and strength training. (Trust me, my whole shirt is covered in sweat)

What am I doing wrong?

I eat breakfast, Special K

then around 4pm I do my work out, then I eat another Special K cereal.

I feel like having an eating disorder!

Help! I feel like giving up!?
2-3 days?!?!? Did you get fat in 2 days? What were you expecting to happen?

Weight loss takes time. Stick with the program. If you still haven't lost anything after a couple of months, come back and ask the question again.
Reply:you cant expect results in 2 days. keep it up!!!! dont do the eating disorder!!!
Reply:2-3 days ago? Well, you're just getting started then. :)

Take it easy on yourself and keep going. You're doing great! Remember, it did not take 1-2 days / weeks to get where you are now so it won't take 1-2 days l/ weeks to get fit and slim. Keep a realistic perspective and persevere!
Reply:Dont eat Special K. Its full of sugar and unnecessary additives. Look for another healthier cereal, or scrap eating cereal completley. Two meals of cereal a day is NOT healthy, instead eat some veggies or fruit.
Reply:When starting to exercise, you can not expect instant results or you will fail. If you weigh yourself before and after you workout and lose weight, you did not drink enough water during the workout. If you gained weight, you drank too much water.

Measure yourself today. Use a flexible tape (sold in the fabric sections of discount/fabric stores). Measure yourself in a month to see results. Measure your right arm (as close to your shoulder as you can get), Measure the skinniest part of your waist, measure the largest part of your hips and your upper right thigh.

Also, you need to make sure that you eat enough to make sure that your body isn't starving and retaliating. Check out this site: http://www.bodyforlife2.com/calorie_inta...

This site will tell you how many calories you need to maintain your current weight (without exercising). I would eat that many calories as long as you are exercising. Focus on getting your daily fruits %26amp; veggies, protien, water, daily vitamin %26amp; dairy.

Don't give up. Make mini goals for yourself -- lose 5 pounds by Memorial Day weekend and then give yourself a treat (non-food related).

You can do this. I just takes some time when you do it right.

Good Luck!
Reply:go to this website and only give up on the stress! good luck!
