Adive on my anxiety?

I think I have anxiety problems And these are what I think I suffer from... How do I tell my doctor this???

1) Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) symptons are: difficulty swallowing, trembling, twitching, sweating, and hot flashes.

2) Panic disorder

In panic disorder, a person suffers brief attacks of intense terror and apprehension that cause trembling and shaking, confusion, dizziness, nausea, difficulty breathing, and feelings of impending doom or a situation that would be embarrassing.

Many people who have panic attacks (especially their first one) think they are having a heart attack and often end up at the doctor or emergency room. Even if the tests all come back normal the person will still worry, with the physical manifestations of anxiety only reinforcing their fear that something is wrong with their body.

That is EXACTLY what happened to me, I went to the hospital and tests came back with no heart attack but I still felt something was wrong. It was creeepy, HELP!

Tell your Dr. just how you feel, There are medications that can help you during these times. You don't have to go go through it and end up in th E.R. with a bunch of useless tests
Reply:you age is important, becuase if your 18 you can control your panic attacks but 12 or 11 you need medications
Reply:Just tell your doctor your symptoms. These are fairly common and there are medications available to help treat it.

You should definitely get treatment, since panic attacks can have a tendency to escalate over time. (you get basically sabotaged by your body's over reaction to non-threatening situations)
Reply:There is Great Panic Away Program - http://anxiety-and-panic-attacks.secb4u....
