get someone to talk to. or just talk to your pet or something. let all of your feelings out. all the things u were ever worried about? all the things you are look forward to? all the things that you are confused about? TALK ABOUT IT.

this has always took the stress off of my shoulders.

try it. trying cant hurt u, but if u dont try, it will.

GOOD LUCK!

and happy early b-day! (:
Reply:Yes, you have all the symptoms of panic disorder. I'd look it up online and maybe find a doctor in your area that treats panic disorder.

good luck!
Reply:it sounds like you might have one...try going to a psychiatrist and asking for advice. until then try to do relaxing activities!!!
Reply:You might have an anxiety disorder which stresses you out, but it sounds like you are also having panic attacks. Talk to your doctor or a psychologist.
Reply:It sounds as if you may possibly have some sort of anxiety disorder, however all of us have some degree of anxiety. If it is interfering with normal life functions, I would seek the help of a professional. Anxiety disorders can be treated.
Reply:Sounds like anxiety to me. I have had the rapid heartbeat and even worse heart palipitations. Find something that helps you calm down to get you through until you can try talking to someone about it. Hope everything works out for you!! Happy Birthday!
Reply:Yes, you have an anxiety disorder.Because being nervous at some occasion like your b-days %26amp; other things trigger your anxiety. Stop thinking about those things, let it happen when its there or just deal with it in time.
Reply:Hon your too young to be so worried about life. I think it may be excitement about lots of fun things coming up. Kind of like butterflies in your stomach. Many actors get that too. Its not uncommon. Lots of people suffer from a "social anxiety".

But if you feel pain than you should always let your parents know.
Reply:It sure sounds like it .Why have you not had treatment be for this Get it treated before it becomes a devastating problem that is much harder to treat
Reply:i belive u might my advice is to think about the good things in life and go to your local doctor and ask
Reply:It sounds like panic attacks. I would talk to a doctor about it. Don't worry...it won't kill you! I used to have several of them a day...I know how very scary it is. And do you know what the number one cause of panic attacks is? The fear of having one!

It's just your endocrine system overreacting (adrenaline, fight or flight instinct). You can actually talk yourself out of them by saying, "Ok, my body's just overreacting. I'm fine." Breathe deeply and slowly. That's what I do.

Sometimes it can be caused by mitral valve prolapse (not dangerous, very common). When one of the valves in your heart bends as it closes, it causes blood to flutter against the back of your heart chamber. Your body goes, "What the heck is that?" This starts the reaction of your endocrine system. Mitral valve prolapse appears most often to women in their early 20's.

The only concern with mitral valve prolapse is dental work (believe it or not). During a deep cleaning, more bacteria is flushed into your body than usual. Your heart valve is working fine, but it's a little more worn and susceptible to infection. So, before you go to the dentist, you start taking prophylactic antibiotics to prevent a heart infection.

So...the cure? Relax. Take deep slow breaths. Talk yourself out of it. It works!
Reply:God loves you, and you are precious to Him. Jesus died on the Cross to save us from condemnation, and qualifying us to Heaven. Just come to Him with genuine repentance and faith, and He will give you a life of peace, hope and meaning.

You will not have to be afraid of death any more. Jesus' love is overwhelming and undying. Jesus can be your best friend. Never, never, miss Heaven for anything in this troubled world.
Reply:I suffer from this too. I read a book called 'You can Heal Your Life' by Louise Hay, you should try to get a copy it is so inspriational and could help you a lot.

Also try paniccure.com it's a great site that will explain what you are going through and how to deal with it.

Please contact your doctor as he can be a great source of help and referral.

Good Luck!
