It does sound like anxiety. Do the blotches itch? They could be hives, especially if you're sweating, sometimes the sweat can make you all itchy
Reply:It sounds like social anxiety. It's apparently triggered when you're nervous, which would typically be around people (social) and the blotches are a physical sign of the anxiety. I think you should seek a psychiatrist and tell him/her exactly what happens when you become nervous. He/she will probably prescribe you xanax, which is an anti-anxiety medication.
Reply:anxiety disorder - GREAT THING TO HAVE IS CORTAZONE CREAM. ALSO IF YOU ARE NOT ON MEDICATIONS I AM ON CLONZAPAM WORKS GREAT FOR ME BUT YOU CAN TAKE A BENEDRYL. IT WILL CALM YOU DOWN , TAKE AWAY THE HIVES AND MAKE YOU SLEEPY. WHAT YOU HAVE IS A NERVICE RASH. SO DESTRESS YOUSELF IN A HOT BATH AND KEEP ITCH MEDICATION NEAR BY.
Reply:It is hives , hives usually breaks out in welps, but not always, the redness is coming out when you get upset,,,, it sounds like you are having panic attacks, you can read about them in web md. Try ativan, to relieve this problem, you dont have to take the ativan all the time, just under stressful situations, and you need to get rid of the stress builder in your life.... whatever it, may be.... You will be ok.....
