Does anyone know what these smptoms add up too?

ok so here are the symptoms. i will list them

i have had chest wall pain for three days, it hasnt moved, hasnt gotten much worse, just a little

a few hours ago my pain elevated a little,

after that i got a wierd headache...kinda like a onesided tension headache

im not dizzy...just a little um...off balance

and finally i have some history...i have anxiety disorder, but i have gotten better, not cured, but better over the past few months. My anxiey disorder stems from fear of sickness and dying, but i am not a hypochondriac. No, i am not having an anxiety attack now, but when my symptoms started to change earlier i took a xanax, i feel calm, but the chest wall pain and head ache is still there...usually the xanax takes care of this. the chest wall pain hasnt continued to get worse but the headache has, and i kinda have a cold sweat..should i worry, can this wait till tomorrow, im afraid to go to the er bc i think theyll try to treat me for anxiety when thats not a prob.

i would get checked for a heart attack or a clogged artery. You should get to a doctor soon, this could be serious.
Reply:Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be

caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more

serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and

meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side

effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
