How can I exercise without getting over heated?

OK, here's the deal. I'm thirteen and would like to lose ten to fifteen pounds and tone my body in the process, but there's a problem. I have a disorder that I was born with that does not allow me to sweat like most people, and I can't engage in any sort of physical activity for very long without breaking out in heat bumps and possibly passing out. I need a way to excersise effectively without over heating myself.

We have plenty of space for me to walk and run and all that, (42 acres with a trail that is exactly a mile long), it's just I get hot and have to quit and get really discouraged because I have to stop all the time.

Any suggestions out there?

Try yoga, and stay well hygerated. What's the condition you have called?
Reply:Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. From http://myweight.info
Reply:The way I look at it, the most suitable exercises for you are swimming and water aerobic exercise.

In the water, you're able to keep cool due to the cooling acquatic properties of water.

Why don't you give both your best shot?
